The National Weather Service has issued a Cold Weather Advisory for the entire GIANT-FM listening area.
It will be in effect from 9 p.m. Wednesday until 9 a.m. CT Thursday.
Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero during the period could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
If outside during the period, wear warm, appropriate clothing, a hat and gloves.
