The following were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Kristopher T. Abney, 43, 4684 N. Indiana 25, Lot 27, Rochester, was arrested Thursday on preliminary charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon and battery resulting in bodily injury. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Pilot Travel Center, 389 Rochester Crossing Drive, and held on a $7,500 surety or $1,000 cash bond. The original incident occurred at Grime Fighters Car Wash, where he allegedly pushed a man against a wall, injuring his thumb, and approaching him with a raised baton.

• Amy Gross, 46, reportedly homeless, was arrested Thursday on preliminary charges of auto theft, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. She was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and County Road 375 North and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
