Early Saturday morning Plymouth Police were dispatched to 114 North Michigan Street, Opie’s Deli for an intoxicated male who was being disorderly and refusing to leave. He had been asked to leave several times by the business’s employees.
Officer Vinson conducted an investigation and found that 23-year-old Darin Skaggs of Kendallville was arrested and booked in the Marshall County Jail for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and public intoxication.
