Lawrence County States Attorney Brady Waldrop has announced that two local men were sentenced recently to prison during appearances in LCCC.
30 year old Zakkary Yarber of Lawrenceville was given 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) and 1 year of mandatory supervised release on a Class 1 Illinois Felony charge of Methamphetamine delivery. 38 year old Steven Kelly also of Lawrenceville, was handed 4 years in the IDOC and 6 months of mandatory supervised release for Class 3 Felony Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. He was originally placed on probation but violated the terms.
