The Morris for Prosecutor Exploratory Committee is pleased to announce that local attorney Joseph “Joe” Morris has officially filed to explore a campaign for Marshall County Prosecuting Attorney. Born and raised in Plymouth, Morris has consistently demonstrated a commitment to Marshall County and brings over three decades of leadership, service, and experience to this potential campaign.
As an integral part of the community, Morris has successfully coached athletic teams at both the travel and high school levels, served as an active board member for multiple organizations, and built a highly respected law practice located only blocks from the Marshall County Courthouse.
At Valparaiso School of Law, he excelled academically, earning the Juris Secundum Award and graduated with the highest possible academic honors: Summa Cum Laude. Morris has continued that same commitment to excellence throughout his legal career, from representing the Plymouth Community School Corporation and the Indiana Department of Child Services to representing thousands of individual clients throughout Marshall County.
In private practice, Morris has consistently received five-star client reviews, reflecting his integrity, strong work ethic, and the high level of trust placed in him by the community. The committee believes Joseph Morris brings the right experience, the right leadership, and the right judgment to serve as Marshall County Prosecuting Attorney. He is committed to protecting the community while also ensuring justice is firmly but fairly delivered.
Joseph Morris is the right choice for Marshall County. Experience, Leadership, Judgment.
If elected, Morris would take office on January 1st, 2027.
