Southwestern Indiana authorities report a second arrest was made late last week in the armed robbery of the Marathon Gas Station near Washington.
Friday, the U.S. Marshals Service, Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Department and the Evansville Police Department assisted Washington detectives in the arrest of 17-year-old Kaleb Biggs of Evansville without incident. He is thought to be the second perpetrator of the incident which occurred early on Monday, October 8th.
The Daviess County Prosecutor's Office says that Biggs will be charged as an adult in the case and is being held on charges of Armed Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery and Theft of a Firearm.
Last week, 18-year-old Issac Hardcastle was arrested in connection with the robbery in Washington.
