Joseph Soto Crespo was arrested on Saturday, June 29th at 3:20 in the morning after city police were dispatched to the Speedway Gas Station on North Michigan Street for an intoxicated male refusing to leave the store.
Before Plymouth Police officers arrived, the dispatch center advised that the male left driving a vehicle. Officers located a vehicle matching the description with a male driver in the drive through at McDonald’s. Officers made contact with the driver identified as Joseph Soto Crespo, 34, of Plymouth. During the investigation it was determined that Soto-Crespo was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated as a class C misdemeanor. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail without incident. Soto-Crespo was booked in for operating while intoxicated and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
