Plymouth Police were dispatched to Applebee’s at 2225 North Oak Drive for a possibly impaired driver at about 9:30 Thursday evening, July 11th.

During the investigation, the odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. The driver, 36-year-old Jared Knapp agreed to take field sobriety testing and all tests indicated impairment.
