The Lawrence County Sheriff's Department has arrested a local man.
Taken into custody Tuesday was Marc Kensler, 69, of rural Lawrenceville on a charge of domestic battery.
Kensler was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending a detention hearing.
