An Indiana man was arrested here in Lawrence County Thursday.
The sheriffs department reports that 27 year old Hunter Hess of New Castle was taken into custody.
He was charged with Domestic Battery.
Hess was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there on the charge pending a detention hearing.
