A Lawrenceville man is in custody after his arrest early Tuesday afternoon.
36 year old Ross Montgomery of Lawrenceville was picked up by the Lawrence County Sheriffs Department.
He was charged with Domestic Battery.
No other arrest details were given in the report.
Montgomery was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held pending a detention hearing.
