The Lawrence Public Library Board of Trustees met in regular session Tuesday evening at the library in downtown Lawrenceville.
They received good news from Library Director and Head Librarian Diane Brumley. Lawrence Public Library was one of over 100 libraries across the state to get a FY 2024 Technology Grant through the Illinois Secretary of State/State Librarians Office in Springfield. The grant is for $27,500 and will enable the library to continue to upgrade it's technology offerings to it's patrons.
