The Vincennes Board of Works and Safety received and opened bids for the planned skatepark construction project Monday at City Hall. They were then taken under advisement and review by city engineer John Sprague and city park superintendent J.R. Field. Bids were also received for the 2023 Vincennes CCMG paving projects. They were also opened and taken under advisement. The Vincennes City Council also met Monday after the Board of Works and did approve on second reading a building materials ordinance. The proposed legislation was then sent to committee for study and review with a possible recommendation to the full council in the future.
