On Thursday August 22, at approximately 9:40 P.M. a Marshall County Sheriff's Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Plymouth/Goshen Trail and Elk Run Drive.
During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the driver of the vehicle, Ivis Dallany Avilez Siles, 21, of Bitter Root Drive in Plymouth, did not have a license and never had received a license. Avilez-Siles was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
