A vehicle and driver stopped for a traffic infraction at Plum and Lake Streets was arrested on Saturday, March 15th at 10:42 a.m.
The driver, Victor Manuel Bostillo, of the 300 block of Plum, was found to have never received a license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail, given a court date and a $250 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
