Marshall County Deputies responded to the 1300 block of Redwood Road on Saturday, August 9th, for a 911 hang-up and subsequent suspicious vehicle report.
At about 7:30 a.m. Deputy Bragg located the suspicious vehicle and, during his investigation, determined that the driver of the vehicle was intoxicated.
At 10:30 a.m., 45-year-old Jeremy Haney of Troy Street in LaPaz was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.15% or more. He was released on a $1,500 cash bond at 11:15 p.m.
