A local man was arrested on multiple offenses by local authorities Thursday.
57-year-old David Higgins of Lawrenceville was taken into custody by Lawrenceville Police. He was preliminarily charged with Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery and Resisting Arrest. No other details regarding the arrest were included in the report. Higgins was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and was booked in there pending the setting of a detention hearing.
