Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Milestone Contractors LP. plans week night and weekend lane restrictions on I-465 for patching work.
The work below is subject to change and weather permitting:
_x000D_ Wednesday, May 15, at 9 p.m. crews will close the right two lanes of I-465 northbound between I-70 and 56th St. This work is expected to be complete Thursday, May 16, at 6 a.m. The Pendleton Pike on-ramp to I-465 northbound and I-465 northbound off-ramp to 56th St. will be closed during this time. _x000D_ Thursday, May 16, at 9 p.m. crews will close the right two lanes of I-465 northbound between I-70 and 56th St. This work is expected to be complete Friday, May 17, at 6 a.m. The Pendleton Pike on-ramp to I-465 northbound and I-465 northbound off-ramp to 56th St. will be closed during this time._x000D_ Friday, May 17, at 9 p.m. crews will close the right two lanes of I-465 northbound between I-70 and 56th St. This work is expected to be complete Monday, May 20, at 6 a.m. The Pendleton Pike on-ramp to I-465 northbound and the I-465 northbound off-ramp to 56th St. will be closed during this time. _x000D_There is no official detour for this work. Motorists are recommended to check 511in.org to map their route.
These restrictions will allow crews to complete concrete pavement restoration, bridge deck patching and joint repairs. This is the first of six parts for the I-465 restoration work between I-65 on the south side of Marion County to U.S. 31 on the north side of Marion County.
This work is expected to be complete Spring 2025.
