The city of Sumner is seeking bid proposals for the lease of the City Park Farm land.
The lease of the approximately 4 acres of property will be on a cash basis for a term of 5 years starting in March of 2025 and lasting through February of 2030.
Terms and conditions of the lease can be obtained at the office of the Sumner City Clerk located in City Hall at 224 South Christy Street in Sumner during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The proposals will be publicly opened and read by the City Council at it's Tuesday, February 11th 2025 regular meeting.
The city does reserve the right to reject all bids.
