Several additional appointments were made during the Commissioner's meeting on January 20th.
President of the Commissioner, Stan Klotz, resented the list of board appointments up for consideration.
The approved appointments include Don Nunemaker to the Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals. He will fill Matt Miller's unexpired term, which he resigned. Nunemaker’s term is through December 31, 2026. The commissioners appointed Michelle Mieras as an alternate on the County BZA board for 1 year.
David Hostetler resigned from the Marshall County Plan Commission, and the commissioner appointed Larry Houin to fill his unexpired term, which will end on December 31, 2026.
Sandy Orsund was appointed to a four-year term on the Board of Health, and Giese was appointed to a four-year term on the Koontz Lake Sewer District.
Angel Balsley has resigned from the County Tourism Commission, and Jill Houin of Argos was appointed to fill the unexpired term. Houin will serve until December 31, 2026.
County Commissioner Jesse Bohannon was appointed to a one-year term on the Extension Board, and Commissioner Adam Faulstich was appointed to a one-year term on the County Fair Board.
