Plymouth Police were called to the Prairie View Group Home at 703 West Jefferson Street just after 4 a.m. on Thursday, July 4th for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance.
It had been initially reported that the male had run away earlier in the night but it was not known where he had gone.
At approximately 4 A.M., the male, 20-year-old Brayan Molina-Vasquez returned to the residence and was highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance inside the home which had been an ongoing issue.
During the investigation it was discovered that Mr. Vasquez had a blood alcohol content of .198. He was taken into custody without incident and was transported to the Marshall County Jail for minor consuming and held on a $100 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
