Three men were picked up on arrest warrants Thursday by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.
40-year-old Carl Poland of Noble, Ill and 60-year-old Timothy Osterle of Vincennes were both being sought for Failure to Appear.
Both men were booked into the Lawrence County Jail.
Poland was released for transfer while Osterle was still being held on the warrant.
46-year-old Derrick Scott of Lawrenceville was the subject of a Lawrence County Circuit Court warrant.
He was also booked into the jail and was being held there awaiting a detention hearing.
