A weekend incident in the city of Sumner led to the arrest of a local man this past weekend.
Sumner police responded to a report early Sunday of a disturbance at a city residence. After an investigation at the scene, 49-year-old Dustin Pritts of Sumner was taken into custody on multiple offenses.
He was preliminarily charged with Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery and Resisting Arrest. Pritts was transported to the Lawrence County Jail and was booked in.
He was being held there on the charges pending a detention hearing.
