The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Flood Warning until further notice for the Wabash River at Vincennes.
The river was at 16.28 feet and rising as of early Thursday morning. The river rose above it’s 16 foot flood stage just after 12 a.m. ET Thursday and is now forecast to rise to near 17.7 feet before cresting this weekend. Minor flooding will occur in the Vincennes and surrounding area.
