A recall has been issued for bags of Marketside ready-to-eat broccoli florets sold at Walmart stores in 20 states.
Officials say it is due to the potential of listeria contamination.
Listeria poses a health risk to young children, the elderly and individuals with weakened immune systems.
The affected bags are marked with a "best if used by" date of December 10th, 2024.
Any local or area consumer with the product, especially those stored in freezers, are advised to dispose of it or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
