Mostly sunny skies are in the Tuesday forecast, with a high near 3 degrees and wind chill values as low as -25. The low will be around -4 on Tuesday night.
Wednesday's skies will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 20 and wind gusts as high as 25 mph.
