The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Wednesday arrested 42 year old Christopher Tate of rural Bridgeport on a charge of Domestic Battery. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending a detention hearing. They also arrested Cindy Weston of rural Sumner for Improper Lane Usage and DUI (Alcohol). She was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and was released with a notice to appear in court.
