Plymouth Police arrested two individuals Wednesday on warrants.
On Wednesday afternoon, patrolman Thornton found a male with an active arrest warrant at Harbor Freight. Roberto Alejandro Navegar, age 43, of West Harrison Street was taken into custody and taken to the Marshall County Jail for his probation violation warrant.

Officers with the Plymouth Police Department went to 1001 North Oak Drive, Maax Midwest, at 9:30 p.m. for a warrant service on 41-year-old Gerardo Contreras Rivera of South Plum Street in Plymouth.
Officers located Contreras Rivera and took him into custody. He was transported to Marshall County Jail and held on a warrant for failure to appear for operator never licensed.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed, and that there is only probable cause to believe it has. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
